Booking an appointment at Aboutface Aesthetics & Wellness is quick and easy!

Simply create your account, browse our curated menu of services, select your preferred treatment, and choose a time that works best for you. You’ll receive a confirmation email once your appointment request has been successfully submitted.

Booking Guidelines

​Creating an Account - New Clients

To book your appointment, you’ll first need to create an account.

  • Click on the profile icon on the top left side of the booking screen.

  • Enter the required details and select ‘Create Account’

Once your account is created, you’ll be able to

  • Book and manage upcoming appointments online

  • View past appointments

  • Browse services tailored to your history

  • Access your Series or Personalized Package bookings

 

Log In - Current & Returning Clients

If you’ve previously created an account, you should be automatically logged in when using the same device or browser.

If you need to reset your password, follow the link on the login screen.To avoid creating a duplicate profile, please use the same email and phone number currently on file. This will link your new login to your existing client record.

Booking for Minors

If you’re booking an appointment for your child (e.g. Acne Program), the attending parent or guardian should create or log in to an account under their own name.
In the 'Add a note' section during booking, please include your child’s name and age.

 

Service Info Button

Some service listings feature a 'See Info' button that opens a detailed description of the treatment. We recommend reviewing this section before booking to note any important requirements and ensure the best possible experience.

The info section includes:

  • Core elements of the treatment

  • Consultation or Patch Test requirements 

  • Pre & Post-care cautions

  • Service seasonality

  • Recommended add-ons or upgrades

 

Series and Personalized Package Services

If you've purchased a Series or Personalized Package, you can manage these bookings through the 'Your Series' button at the top of your account dashboard when logged in. Remaining services will be displayed and can be booked as usual.

Please Note: Series and package offerings are carefully curated to deliver results through consistent treatments over a specific time period. Your provider will discuss the ideal schedule for best results. We recommend adhering to the suggested timeline, as interruptions may impact outcomes. If you need to pause or extend your series, please discuss it with your provider or email us at afareception@outlook.com as soon as possible. ​Series and package services expire 12 months after the purchase date. Expired services are not eligible for use, refund, or reactivation.

Cancellation Policy

Three days before your appointment, you will receive a reminder email with a ‘click to confirm’ link. Please use this quick option to confirm your attendance. Appointments that are not confirmed may be subject to cancellation if we are unable to reach you.

The reminder email also includes a 'click to reschedule' link, which remains active until the 24-hour cancellation policy takes effect. If you need to make a change, please do so with as much notice as possible to avoid fees and allow us the opportunity to offer the space to another client.

  • Late Cancellation: Any reschedule or cancellation made within 24 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of all services booked, including any part of multiple-service reservations.

  • No-Show Cancellation: Failure to attend your appointment without notice will result in a 100% charge of all services booked for that time.

  • Late Arrival: Clients arriving more than 15 minutes late may not receive the full service. If rescheduling is required due to late arrival, the appointment will be treated as a late cancellation and charged accordingly.
